VINIFICATION

Traditional with 15-18 days of maceration at controlled temperature

AGEING

Aged 24-36 months in 30/40 hl oak casks. Bottle ageing for 6-9 months before it is put on the market.Store in dark room at constant temperature not exceeding 15°
