Wine and Wine-making
Classic red wine vinification with a lengthy period of extraction lasting for 25 days. Aged for 15 months in new oak barrels.

Tasting Notes
Deep red colour with pleasant aromas of red berries, vanilla, coffee, spices and toast. A rich palette combined with finely-structured tannins create a powerful wine that can be cellared for 10 to 12 years.
