Origin: The ultimate expression of the Merlot grape grown in one of the finest terroirs of Hatzimichalis Estate private owned vineyard in Atalanti Valley, Central Greece.

Winemaking: Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vinificator. Ages for 12 months exclusively in new French oak barriques and for 12 months in the cellars before its release.

Alcohol: 13,5% Vol

Ageing potential
: Enjoy it now or keep it under appropriate conditions for the next 10-15 years.

Packaging: Available in a limited number of bottles of 750ml packed in cartons of 12 bottles.

Tasting notes
An attractive, beautifully structured Merlot with sophisticated character.
Complex aromas of black cherry, plum and chocolate harmoniously combined with hints of vanilla and delicate impressions of spicy oak. Smooth and refined tannins frame the velvety-textured flavors leading to an impressive aftertaste.
  
Food Pairing: Enjoy this versatile wine with roast duck, stuffed turkey, tenderloin with plums, grilled chops with herbs, steak in red wine sauce and mild to medium hard cheeses. Best served at 64°F.
