Vinification – Bottling: At the family winery in Ancient Nemea
Characteristics: The aromas of red fruits, cedar and vanilla characterize it. Its taste is rich and elegant.

Gastronomic aspects: Perfect with red meat and fatty tastes.
Serving temperature: 17 – 18 degrees.

Type of vinification – maturing: Classical red fermentation. It matures for 6 – 8 months in oak barrel and one year in the bottle. It can be aged for 5 – 7 years.
