Fermentation: carried out in 30 hl truncated cone-shaped Slavonian oak vats. Malolatic fermentation carried out in tonneaux
Characteristics: balsamic and well defined on the nose; it has notes of cherry, accompanied by darker aromas of tobacco which fade into hard nuances of tar. The mouth feel is full and immediately lively, with a fruit well sustained by the structured composition of the tannins; the finish has a marked and fragrant flavour
