|Vinification:The vinification starts with pre fermentation maceration followed by barrel fermentation in new French oak. The wine remains in oak where it is matured on lees for about 2 months. Weekly battonage is applied in order to enhance the mouthfeel.
Medium yellow colour with gold and green edges. The variety expresses its aroma and taste which is that of luscious tropical fruits enhanced by the superb herbaceous base, while the discreet presence of oak adds spicy and vanilla notes. The mouth is rich, balanced, with a piquant aftertaste.
All sea food especially fatty fishes, a large variety of cheese and meat with cream sauces.
